We're supply chain practitioners who built the tool we always wanted

OmniaOps was started by people who spent years inside supply chains - frustrated by slow systems, endless spreadsheets, and planning processes that couldn't keep up with the business. We want people focused where they create the most value - getting them out of heavy spreadsheets and fragmented systems that were never built for how your business runs.

Why we started this

After years working in and around supply chain planning - consulting, implementing ERP systems, and running S&OP cycles - we kept running into the same problems. The tools were either too rigid, too expensive, or too slow to adapt.

Planning teams were smart and motivated, but they were spending most of their time managing data instead of making decisions. We believed that could change.

So we built OmniaOps - a platform that removes the heavy lifting and lets planners focus on what actually matters: making the right call at the right time.

What we believe

Planning tools should work the way your business works - not the other way around. Most systems force you to adapt your processes to fit the software. We think that's backwards.

We also believe in honesty. We'll tell you upfront whether we're the right fit, what implementation will actually involve, and what results are realistic. We'd rather lose a deal than overpromise.

And we believe that the best planning tools should get better over time - learning from your data, your adjustments, and your outcomes.
